 Dr. Louie Limchayseng is a Board Certified Surgeon specializing in Oral an
 d Maxillo-Facial Surgery with over 23 years of surgical experience in the 
 surgical management of diseases\, deformities\, traumatic injuries\, conge
 nital and acquired defects of the oral and facial structures of the head a
 nd neck. Dr. Louie as he is fondly called by patients and his staff\, grad
 uated from the University of the Philippines College of Dentistry with a D
 octor of Dental Medicine D.M.D at the head of his class in 1983. After com
 pleting dental school\, he started his surgical training attending a prece
 ptorship in Oral and Head and Neck Surgery and became the Chief of Dentist
 ry and Oral Surgery at the Philippine General Hospital shortly after his t
 raining. He pursued further his surgical education and training in the U.S
 . and was accepted for an Internship in Anesthesiology and General Surgery
  and immediately following his internship\, completed his residency in Ora
 l and Maxillo-Facial Surgery at the prestigious University of Texas Southw
 estern Medical Center-Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas Texas. In addit
 ion to his surgical residency\, he did a Fellowship year in Maxillo-Facial
  Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern
  Medical School also in Dallas Texas.\nIn addition to enjoying his private
  practice\, he maintains an active role in the education and training of s
 urgical residents by being on the surgical faculty of the Alameda County M
 edical Center Highland Hospital in Oakland. He has been on the surgical fa
 culty since 1993. Dr. Louie is dedicated to the education of future Oral M
 axillofacial Surgery residents to the highest standards of the profession.
  He was awarded the UOP Donald H. Devlin Award in 2003 for his exemplary d
 edication to resident education. Dr. Louie has a faculty appointment as As
 sociate Clinical Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillo-Facial Un
 iversity of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
