DESCRIPTION:Speaker:\n\nDr. Aparna Subramanian\, DDS\, Prosthodontist\n\n\n
 \nAs dentists and dental team members\, we work very hard to take care of 
 our patients every day. This puts a lot of stress on our bodies and minds.
  In this lecture\, we will outline the main causes of inflammation\, ways 
 to reduce inflammation through diet\, dietary supplements\, exercise and 
 stretching. We will also explore intermittent fasting and fasting as a way
  to reduce inflammation.\n\nMental health is a big part of being healthy. 
 We will explore using breathing\, yoga and meditation as tools to improve 
 mental health. Hopefully this lecture will give everyone something to take
  home and incorporate into their everyday lives to live a happy\, healthy
