Kamal Al-Eryani, DDS, PhD
Dr. Al-Eryani is an Associate Professor and Graduate Program Director in the Division of Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, and Oral Radiology. He is also Clinic Director of the Oral Medicine Service.
Dr. Al- Eryani’s research experience covers basic and clinical sciences. His research focuses on defining and understanding the etiopathogenesis and treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma and orofacial neuropathic pain. Has contributed to the literature with over 20 peer- reviewed publications and has an extensive research mentorship record for residents and master students’ theses. He has been recognized for his contributions to the field including two scholarship awards from the Japanese government (2011 and 2015), a Certificate of recognition for the pursuit of excellence and achievement in Oral Medicine by the American Academy of Oral Medicine in 2015, and a Distinguished Scholar Award by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development in 2016. - What are the differential diagnoses for most common pathologies?
In addition, he will provide information on oral cancers and precancers.
